The Third Quarter Quell is over. The victor, Foxface has led a rebellion which the districts won. A new city, Orpis, rose from the ashes of Panem. Tributes were brought back to life, avoxes were given tongues, and now they all live side by side, trying to put their lives back together, and forget the horrors of the Games, but will the new government provide the needed change? Or will Panem revert back to the old ways?

I’m not sure when we’ll be accepting, I’m really sorry! But I go back to school on Thursday and I’m really busy until then and I have to talk the auditions over with my co-admins first. We’ll review them soon, I promise.

I don’t know! I’m so sorry, my coadmin is working on it. I would but I’m currently on vacation and I don’t have time. You can always send in a para. It has to be in character but doesn’t have to be related to her bio, if that makes sense.

no dear, it means that we start role playing now. But from one week now, if someone does not become active again, then we will be reopening the role.
I’m sorry though.. is there someone specifically you wanted? I might drop my character and if someone was interested…
